Privacy policy

This website is operated by PXP Point Real Estate L.L.C (“PXP”), a licensed real-estate broker in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It presents Bay Estate, a project by Nakheel, and is not the developer’s website.

What we collect

When you send a form we receive the name, phone number and, if you give them, the email address and message you typed, together with the page you were on, the button you pressed, the language of the page, your device type and the advertising parameters in the address bar (utm, gclid, fbclid and similar). If you accept cookies we also record the approximate location of your connection and analytics identifiers.

Why

To answer your enquiry, to send you the file you asked for, and to understand which advertising brings enquiries. We keep your details in our customer system (AmoCRM), our email and our internal messaging for as long as we work with you and for the period required by UAE law.

Who sees it

PXP staff, and the processors we use to run the site and the customer system (Vercel, AmoCRM, Telegram, our email provider). We do not sell your details. We may pass your enquiry to Nakheel only when you ask us to reserve a unit.

Cookies

Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you accept them in the banner. You can decline and the site still works.
